After getting the fixed PST file, you have two options:
1. Open it in Outlook and access data in it.
or
2. Replace the corrupt PST file with the fixed one, with the following steps:
(1) Close Outlook
(2) Backup the corrupt PST file.
(3) Rename the fixed file to the same name as the corrupt file. Then replace the corrupt file with the fixed one.
(4) Start Outlook and check if everything is OK.
