Please:
- Repair your file.
- After the repair process, click the “Save Log” button.
- In the save file dialog, make sure the “Include System Information” option is selected.
- Save the log into a file.
- Use WinZip or WinRAR to compress the log file.
- Send it to us via:
- Email.
- Contact form: Click “Choose File” to select the compressed log file and add it to the contact form.
- Upload the compressed log file to Google Drive, DropBox or other cloud storage services. Then send the link to us.
