Disable Message Preview in Ms Outlook 2013
- Launch the Ms Outlook 2013 email client
- Now in the top pane, head to the View tab
- Next click on the Message Preview option that appear under the View tab
- You will find a drop down list of options appearing below the message preview. This would include option to choose the number of lines you wish to display, say 2 or 3 along the option to turn off the preview.
- Click on Off from the drop down option
Once you enforce the settings, first lines of your email would not be displayed in your message list.
Change the size of the message header in Outlook 2013

However you can choose to reduce it to a compact size by clicking on the chevron figure icon which typically appears in the bottom right corner of the header.
