When your delete some records from your Microsoft Access databases (.mdb or .accdb files) by mistake and you want to recover them, you can use DataNumen Access Repair to scan the .mdb or .accdb files and recover the deleted records from the files as much as possible.
Start DataNumen Access Repair.
Note: Before recovering deleted tables from Access mdb or accdb file with DataNumen Access Repair, please close Microsoft Access and any other applications that may modify the mdb or accdb file.
Click “Options” tab, and make sure “Recover deleted records” option is checked.
Select the Access mdb or accdb file to be repaired:
You can input the mdb or accdb filename directly or click the button to browse and select the file.
By default, DataNumen Access Repair will save the fixed Access database into a new file named xxxx_fixed.mdb or xxxx_fixed.accdb, where xxxx is the name of the source mdb or accdb file. For example, for file Damaged.mdb , the default name for the fixed file will be Damaged_fixed.mdb. If you want to use another name, then please select or set it accordingly:
You can input the fixed file name directly or click the button to browse and select the fixed file.
Click the button, and DataNumen Access Repair will start scanning and recovering the deleted records from the source mdb or accdb file. Progress bar
will indicate the recovery progress.
After the repair process, if some of the records in the source mdb or accdb database can be recovered successfully, you will see a message box like this:
Now you can open the fixed mdb or accdb database with Microsoft Access or other applications and check if the deleted records in your tables are recovered successfully.
Note: The demo version will display the following message box to show the success of the recovery:
